Confirmed by email on Sep 2022 and again on May 10th 2023: We still currently use Creekstone Farms as our sole steak provider. Please read: "The only issues they (Creekstone/Sycamore) do face sometimes is the availability of their Tenderloins. With that said we can guarantee that all ribeyes, and strips are definitely Creekstone. As far as tenderloins I would ask upon arrival if that is what you are interested in. ... the sauce on the beef is made from beef bones... we do not carry any other bottled sauces but have basil aoili or fig royale sauce that is an alternative...We also aren't against you bringing in your own alternative sauce since it is for a very important reason."
